Legal
Terms of Use
The terms for using the Website and the free AI Visibility Report.
The AI Visibility Report
The report is free and creates no obligation. It looks at a restaurant’s or hotel’s public website and listings and asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude the questions guests ask, then summarises what they answer.
To keep it free for everyone, the number of reports per person and per day is limited, and automated requests are not allowed.
What the report is, and isn’t
- AI answers change from one moment to the next. A report shows what the AI tools said when it was run, not a permanent position.
- Figures such as market share, bookings and their value are estimates based on stated assumptions, not forecasts or promises.
- The report is general information, not professional, legal or financial advice. Decisions you take based on it are your own.
- We take care to check what the report says against the venue’s own website, but cannot guarantee that every AI answer or third-party source it reports is accurate.
Your report
Your report has a private link. Anyone you share the link or the PDF with can read it. You may use and share your report freely; the report’s design and format remain ours.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sosta Studio is not liable for loss arising from the use of the Website or the free report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. They are governed by Spanish law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain. See also our Legal Notice and Privacy Policy.
Effective date: 1 October 2026.
