The questions guests type that should lead to you, like “best sushi in Barcelona”.
- 03
We ask the AI platforms
Each question goes to ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, and we note who they recommend.

What to publish, on your website and across the web, to become AI’s source.
Restaurants
HotelsWhat we do
A managed AI search service, month after month
We do the work, on software we built to run it. It measures what guests ask AI and which sources it trusts, finds where your competitors are named and you aren’t, and tracks your share as we publish exactly what’s missing: data, not guesswork, towards a bigger share and more bookings. Three months to start, then month to month.
- 01
Your questions, tracked
About 50 questions guests ask about places like yours, put to ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude every 10 days, and your share of the recommendations against your direct competitors.
- 02
The sources behind each answer
For every question, the websites AI read to answer it, and whether they name you. The ones that name your competitors and not you are where we work next.
- 03
Content that fills the gaps
Pages and articles on your website that answer exactly what guests ask, written from the data and in your voice. You approve each one before it goes live.
- 04
Your facts, right everywhere
What AI says about your hours, prices and menus, checked against your own fact sheet, and corrected on your website and on the sites AI reads.
- 05
Named where AI looks
Your venue in the guides, press, listings and booking sites AI cites, telling the same story as your website. When many sources agree, AI repeats it.
- 06
A website AI and Google can read
Every page checked so AI bots and Google can read it and rank it for the searches that lead to bookings, with a short path from the answer to the reservation.
How it works
A cycle that never stops
AI answers keep changing as the tools update and competitors move. So this isn’t a one-off: every 10 days we ask your questions again, see what moved and decide what’s next.

Questions
What owners ask us
Will this bring bookings, or just mentions?
Bookings are the point. Being named is only worth something if the guest then reserves. So we measure what leads to them: how often AI recommends you rather than your direct competitors when guests ask the questions they ask before booking, and what that share is worth in bookings at your prices.
What does the free report do?
It reads your website to understand what kind of place you are and where, and works out the questions guests ask AI when looking for a place like yours. It asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude each one, and records who they recommend and which websites they cite as sources. Then it explains why those places are recommended, and writes a plan of what to publish on your website and elsewhere, so AI starts citing you too.
Is this SEO?
Yes, and more. Many guests still start on Google, so we handle search engine optimisation: your site and listings ranking for the searches that lead to bookings. The newer part is AI, which the industry calls GEO or AEO: ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude and there is no list of links, just a few names. Most of the work serves both.
How does working with you work?
It’s a managed service: we do the work, on software we built to run it. Three months to start, then month to month. Every month we track the questions guests ask AI about places like yours, find the sources where your competitors are named and you aren’t, publish what fills those gaps once you’ve approved it, and show you the result in your dashboard. The free report is the first look.
Do I need to change my website?
Very little of the design, but we do add to it. We set out your information so AI tools read it correctly, fix details that are wrong or missing, and publish articles that answer what guests actually ask. You see everything before it goes live, and we do the work for you.
Why publish on other websites, not just mine?
Because AI tools don’t take one source’s word for it. They recommend what many independent sources agree on. So alongside the articles on your website, we get the same facts and story into the guides, publications, listings and local sites AI reads. When they all say the same thing, AI is far more likely to name you, and to cite your website as the source.
How long before I see a difference?
Expect the first movement after a couple of months. AI tools update what they know on their own schedule. That is why clients start with three months, then continue month to month, and why we ask your questions again every 10 days: your dashboard shows each change as it happens.
Can you update my profile on Guidavera?
Yes. Guidavera is one of the sources AI tools already read and cite, so as part of the work we make your profile there complete and current: menus, rooms, photos, hours and booking links, telling the same story as your own website.
What do I need to do?
Almost nothing. A short conversation at the start, access to a few listings if you want us to update them, and a look at your dashboard when you have a minute. We do the rest.
